We produce curved special components from glulam up to 34 meters in length - ideal for modern timber structures. Whether curved or saddle roof beams in spruce, ash, BauBuche, larch or oak, other types of wood are also available from us on request. We produce everything according to your individual wishes. No component is too big or too small for us, from batten cuts to arched trusses.
Thanks to state-of-the-art CNC joinery technology and a multi-machine concept, we use the optimum system for every component. This enables us to work with millimeter precision in all dimensions and shapes, with high quality and efficiency.
Our production steps
Glue construction
In our gluing plant, we manufacture straight glulam beams in various strength classes and wood types to order. For higher strength classes, we glue according to DIN standards, on the basis of which the client and the responsible engineer receive a corresponding test certificate.
Planing and sanding machine
Planing, sanding and structuring laminated beams - with the aim of achieving perfect surfaces. The Kündig-Regent machine takes the precision of a joinery center in surface processing to a new level.
Block bonding
In block bonding, two or more timber beams are joined together to create a new, larger and particularly stable component. This can be used as a block beam or glulam beam.
Advantages
- Optimum material utilization for larger spans
- Increased load-bearing capacity
- Economical alternative to steel or concrete constructions with a slender design
CNC/joinery technology
With our PBA CNC system (5-axis machining), we can machine large and shaped components for you precisely and efficiently.
- Lengths: 300 mm to 35 000 mm
- Dimensions: up to 480 × 5 000 mm
There are practically no limits to the processing options. Whether arched trusses, round columns or large panels - we work cleanly, economically and on time. We also use our K2i CNC system to process straight components with the utmost precision.
- Length: up to 18,000 mm
- Dimensions: 20 × 50 mm to 300 × 1 250 mm
All standard carpentry joints are executed with millimeter precision, for the highest quality and accuracy of fit.
Manual and
In order to achieve the highest possible degree of prefabrication, the individual load-bearing structure parts are further processed by hand and prepared for delivery.
Whether pre-assembly of steel parts, integration of GSA technology, surface finishing or assembly into prefabricated load-bearing elements, all this is carried out competently by our joinery team.
The air-conditioned workshops offer an ideal workplace for people and materials.
