In our covered outdoor storage areas, are stocks of glulam and DUO beams for short notice deliveries. The length of the stored beams are 13.0 m long. The visible beams are wrapped individually in black foil.

KVH (solid structural timber) is visually or mechanically sorted, technically dried and calibrated. Made out of spruce or fir, it has a defined dimensional accuracy that exceeds standard expectations.  There are two grades of KVH, KVH si for use in visible areas and KVH nsi for use in not visible areas.

Duo and Trio beams are industrially produced out of two or three flat sided or square sawn timber beams. Duo and Trio beams are inherently stable and are not susceptible to tears, because of their stability and low timber moisture, these beams are especially suitable for constructing timber houses.

n’H ceiling elements offer many advantages to modern timber construction as it can be used in all roofing, ceiling and wall areas. We deliver the elements ready to assemble, precisely cut to length with the the drilled holes, apertures etc. The ceiling elements are packed to prevent splash water.

Our aim is to apply timber optimally. Therefore, we grade and test the laminates. If necessary, for high load beams, we vary the beam composition and the type of timber used. Other than spruce and fir laminates, neue Holzbau AG also has laminates made out of larch, Douglas, fir, ash, oak, beech and robinia.

On which type or species of wood are you interested?

Straight glulam beams in various strength grades and timber types are produced on an order to order basis in our carpentry. Higher strength grades of glulam undergo specific testing procedures and the Proof of Testing certificate is issued to the contractor and the engineer.
